Wet ingredients

fresh or frozen blueberries
(do not thaw if frozen)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease.
Mix dry ingredients: oats, flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Add wet ingredients: egg, milk, applesauce/oil, and vanilla. Stir until just combined.
Gently fold in blueberries, keeping frozen if using.
Divide batter evenly into 12 muffin cups, about 3/4 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle a little cinnamon on top before baking.
