Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking dish with non-stick spray.
Cut apples in half, core, and arrange in dish flesh side up.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon over apples.
Melt butter, then stir in flour, oats, remaining cinnamon, salt, and brown sugar to make topping.
Divide topping over apples, cover with foil, and bake 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 20-30 minutes until tender and browned.
