A quick and customizable lunchbox idea perfect for adults, combining protein, fresh veggies, fruit, and snacks.

Ingredients

Eggs

  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 1 pinch Sprinkle of Everything But The Bagel seasoning
  • 0.5 cup sliced cucumbers (or vegetables of choice)
  • 0.5 cup grapes (or fruit of choice)
  • 0.5 cup crackers
  • 2 ounces aged cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)
  • 2 tbsp hummus

Instructions 

  • Place eggs in a pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil.
  • Remove from heat, let stand for 10-12 minutes, then cool with cold water.
  • Peel eggs, cut in half, and sprinkle with seasoning.
  • Arrange eggs, cucumbers, grapes, cheese, and hummus in your container.
