A quick and nutritious breakfast featuring fresh strawberries and creamy oats, ready in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Liquid Base

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup milk

Strawberries

  • 3 cups chopped strawberries, divided
  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp sugar or honey
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

Instructions 

  • Blend water, milk, and 2 cups of strawberries until smooth. Set aside remaining strawberries.
  • Pour blended mixture into a saucepan and add oats. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and stir in reserved strawberries, sugar or honey, vanilla, and salt. Serve warm.
