A fresh and healthy salad combining crisp cucumbers, creamy avocado, and flavorful tuna, perfect for a light lunch or snack.

Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 2 large cucumbers (peeled and chopped into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 large avocado (peeled, pitted, and chopped into small pieces)
  • 8 oz canned tuna in olive oil
  • 1/4 red onion (chopped)
  • 1-2 tbsp chopped fresh dill (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt (or more to taste)
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice (more or less to taste)
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil

Optional

  • pinch dried oregano

Instructions 

  • Combine chopped cucumbers, avocado, and onion in a bowl.
  • Add tuna, dill (if using), salt, and black pepper; mix gently.
  • Whisk together vinegar or lemon juice with olive oil and pour over the salad.
  • Toss to combine and adjust seasoning as needed.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of dried oregano or fresh herbs.
