Ingredients

  • 3.75 cups unsweetened puffed quinoa
  • 0.5 cup smooth almond butter
  • 1.25 cups finely chopped vegan 70% dark chocolate
  • 0.5 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions 

  • Combine puffed quinoa and almond butter in a large bowl.
  • Melt chopped chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour melted chocolate over quinoa mixture and stir until combined.
  • Spoon mixture onto baking sheets and press to flatten. Sprinkle with salt.
  • Refrigerate until firm, about 20 minutes.
