Instructions
Slice beef thinly and marinate with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper for 15 mins.
Add egg to marinated beef and mix well.
Coat beef with cornstarch, ensuring separation.
Fry beef in 350°F (180°C) oil until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
Sauté onions and peppers, then add fried beef and sauce. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins and serve hot.
Notes
Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
