Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 pieces avocados
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 6 inches flour tortilla wraps 8 inches
  • 0.5 cup salsa
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp chili powder

Instructions 

  • Mix garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chili powder to create a spice blend.
  • Heat skillet over medium-high, add oil, sear chicken until golden and cooked through (3-5 mins per side). Rest and slice into strips.
  • Lay tortillas flat, spread salsa, sprinkle cheese, add chicken strips and avocado slices.
  • Fold bottom up, tuck sides, and roll tightly to form wraps.
  • Grill wraps seam-side down in skillet over medium heat for 2-3 mins until crispy, then flip and cook until cheese melts. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime or a dollop of sour cream.
