Enjoy a delicious and nutritious breakfast with these creamy overnight oats topped with fresh strawberries.
Ingredients
Oats

cup
old-fashioned rolled oats
1
cup
milk (whole or 2%)
2
tablespoons
heavy cream or Greek yogurt
1
cup
fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 to 2
tablespoons
honey or maple syrup
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1
tablespoon
chia seeds (optional)

salt
Instructions
Mix oats, chia seeds (if using), and salt in a jar or bowl.
Add milk, yogurt, vanilla, and honey; stir well.
Gently fold in half of the sliced strawberries.
Seal and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
Stir oats in the morning and top with remaining strawberries. Add optional toppings if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, top with toasted almonds or coconut flakes.
