Instructions
Rinse rice until water runs clear. Cook rice with water and a pinch of salt, then fluff and shape into hearts using a mold.
Pat shrimp dry, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sauté in butter and olive oil until pink, then set aside.
Sauté onion and garlic in the same pan. Add tomato paste, spices, and chicken stock; simmer briefly.
Stir in heavy cream, season with lemon juice, then return shrimp to the sauce. Cook until thickened.
Place heart-shaped rice on a plate, spoon shrimp sauce beside it, and garnish with parsley. Serve warm.
