Ingredients

Pasta

  • 12 ounces linguine pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
  • Juice of half a lemon lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Cook linguine in salted boiling water, drain, and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  • Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes, then add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Pour in heavy cream, simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and sauce is creamy. Adjust with reserved pasta water if needed.
  • Add cooked linguine to the sauce, stir in lemon juice, and heat through. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan or fresh herbs before serving.
