12ounceslinguine pasta
1poundground beef
3tablespoonsunsalted butter
4clovesgarlic, minced
1cupheavy cream
1cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
Salt and pepperSalt and pepper, to taste
1/2cupfresh parsley, chopped(for garnish)
1/2teaspoonred pepper flakes(optional, for spice)
Juice of half a lemonlemon juice
Instructions
Cook linguine in salted boiling water, drain, and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes, then add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Pour in heavy cream, simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and sauce is creamy. Adjust with reserved pasta water if needed.
Add cooked linguine to the sauce, stir in lemon juice, and heat through. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
