Instructions
Season chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat oil in a skillet, brown chicken 2-4 minutes per side, then remove.
Sauté mushrooms and shallot until golden, add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Deglaze pan with broth, add rice, lemon, thyme, chicken, and juices; simmer 18-20 minutes until rice is tender.
Stir in cream gradually, sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan, then serve.
Notes
Ensure rice is fully cooked and creamy before serving for best texture.
