(halved and dredged in flour)

Instructions
Season chicken with salt & pepper, dredge in flour, then cook in oil until golden. Remove and set aside.
Add butter, cook mushrooms with Italian seasoning until browned. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic, add broth, lemon juice, and mustard; simmer until reduced by half.
Stir in cream, add chicken and mushrooms; cook until heated through and sauce thickens.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
