A flavorful and creamy rice bowl topped with succulent garlic butter shrimp and fresh herbs, perfect for a satisfying meal.

large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

jasmine rice

Instructions
Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, cook 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove from skillet.
Melt remaining butter in the same skillet, add heavy cream, whisk in parmesan until smooth. Stir in herbs and simmer 2-3 minutes.
Serve rice in bowls, top with sauce and shrimp, garnish with herbs.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or a dash of chili flakes.
