Instructions
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour in heavy cream and grated Parmesan, stirring until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, let the sauce simmer longer to deepen the taste.
