Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Dairy

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Produce

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Oils & Vinegars

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Herbs & Spices

  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs

Garnish

Instructions 

  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Pour in heavy cream and grated Parmesan, stirring until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, let the sauce simmer longer to deepen the taste.
