Instructions
Mix sauce ingredients and set aside. Pound chicken to ½ inch and season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
Heat oil and sear chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
Deglaze skillet with chicken broth, add garlic, and cook until reduced by half. Stir in butter and flour, cook 1-2 minutes.
Gradually add sauce mixture, bring to boil, then simmer for 8 minutes. Stir in Parmesan and lemon juice.
Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, heat through 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for best flavor and adjust seasoning to taste.
