  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt Salt

  • 2 teaspoons teaspoons parsley
  • 1-2 tablespoons tablespoons olive oil
  • ¾ cup cups chicken broth
  • 4 cloves cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons tablespoons flour
  • ½ cup cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoon honey
  • ½ chicken bouillon cube chicken bouillon cube
  • ½ teaspoon teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon teaspoon basil

Instructions 

  • Mix sauce ingredients and set aside. Pound chicken to ½ inch and season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
  • Heat oil and sear chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
  • Deglaze skillet with chicken broth, add garlic, and cook until reduced by half. Stir in butter and flour, cook 1-2 minutes.
  • Gradually add sauce mixture, bring to boil, then simmer for 8 minutes. Stir in Parmesan and lemon juice.
  • Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, heat through 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for best flavor and adjust seasoning to taste.
