salmon fillet
(skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes)

Instructions
Toss salmon cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, sear salmon 2-3 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
Melt butter in the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Add cream and lemon juice, simmer 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return salmon to pan, coat with sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve over rice or cauliflower rice.
Notes
Ensure not to overcook the salmon for best tenderness.
