Instructions
Mix cooked chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare bell peppers and stuff with the chicken mixture.
Top each pepper with shredded cheddar cheese, cover with foil, and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil, bake 5 more minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the filling.
