  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken (Shredded or diced)
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese (Softened)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 large Bell Peppers (Any color, tops cut off and seeds removed)
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (For topping)
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley (For garnish)

Instructions 

  • Mix cooked chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare bell peppers and stuff with the chicken mixture.
  • Top each pepper with shredded cheddar cheese, cover with foil, and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove foil, bake 5 more minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the filling.
