A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring ground beef, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, perfect for a satisfying meal.

lean ground beef
Cream

heavy cream
Garlic

medium onion, diced

grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and reserve 1 cup of water.
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until fragrant, about 5 minutes.
Add ground beef, cook until browned, then season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Lower heat, stir in heavy cream, add reserved pasta water gradually, then melt Parmesan cheese into the sauce.
Combine cooked pasta with sauce, toss gently, and serve hot with extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
