Instructions
Brown the beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then drain excess grease.
Add diced onion and cook until softened, then stir in garlic for 30 seconds.
Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire, paprika, salt, and pepper; then add rice and coat for 30-60 seconds.
Pour in beef broth, scrape browned bits, bring to a simmer, cover, and cook until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream, then add cheese and stir until melted and creamy. Rest briefly before garnishing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
