Instructions
Place softened cream cheese in a bowl. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth.
Add powdered sugar, orange juice, zest, and ground ginger. Mix until creamy.
Fold in chopped apricots and cranberries until evenly combined.
Spoon into a serving dish and garnish with fresh mint. Serve with crackers.
Notes
This dip can be made ahead and refrigerated. Increase powdered sugar for a sweeter taste.
