This flavorful pasta combines tender chicken, creamy sauce, and bold seasonings for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Pasta of your choice

  • 12 ounces Pasta (e.g., penne or fettuccine)

Chicken

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

Dairy and Broth

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium diced onion
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Cheese and Seasonings

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Salt and Pepper

Garnish

  • for garnish Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions 

  • Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • Sauté chicken in 2 tablespoons of butter until golden and cooked through, then remove from skillet.
  • Add remaining butter, garlic, and onion to the skillet; cook until translucent. Pour in cream and broth, add seasonings, and simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Return chicken and pasta to the skillet, toss to coat, and cook for 2 minutes. Top with Parmesan and garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

Adjust red pepper flakes for spice preference and use fresh parsley for garnish.
