Ingredients

Bread

  • 1 slice whole-grain bread (toasted)

Dairy

  • 0.5 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup kefir

Fruits

  • 0.5 cup mixed berries (fresh)
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions 

  • Toast the whole-grain bread until golden and crispy.
  • Spread ½ cup of cottage cheese evenly over the toast.
  • Add ½ cup of mixed berries on top of the cottage cheese.
  • Drizzle with 1 teaspoon of honey.
  • Serve with 1 cup of kefir.

Notes
