Ingredients

Oats

  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup water or almond milk
  • 0.25 cup cottage cheese
  • to taste sweetener (add as desired)

Instructions 

  • Add oats and water to a large bowl. Microwave for 2.5 minutes on 70% power, stirring carefully after cooking.
  • Let the oatmeal sit for a couple of minutes to thicken.
  • Stir in cottage cheese and sweetener.
  • Top with desired toppings and serve.
