A quick and healthy flatbread made with cottage cheese and eggs, perfect for a nutritious snack or meal.
Ingredients

cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)

Nonstick spray or olive oil for the pan
Instructions
Add cottage cheese and eggs to a blender and blend until smooth.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lightly coat parchment with nonstick spray or olive oil.
Pour mixture onto the baking sheet and spread evenly to 1/4-inch thickness.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until edges are golden and center is set.
Cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
You can add herbs or toppings for extra flavor.
