A quick and healthy flatbread made with cottage cheese and eggs, perfect for a nutritious snack or meal.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Italian seasoning or oregano
  • as needed Nonstick spray or olive oil for the pan

Instructions 

  • Add cottage cheese and eggs to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Lightly coat parchment with nonstick spray or olive oil.
  • Pour mixture onto the baking sheet and spread evenly to 1/4-inch thickness.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until edges are golden and center is set.
  • Cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can add herbs or toppings for extra flavor.
