A refreshing and hydrating smoothie perfect for hot days, combining sweet watermelon with creamy coconut milk and a hint of honey and lime.

Ingredients

Watermelon

  • 500 g diced watermelon

Coconut Milk

  • 250 ml coconut milk

Sweetener

  • 2-3 tablespoons honey

Lime Juice

  • a few drops lime juice

Ice Cubes

  • as needed ice cubes (for serving)

Instructions 

  • Prepare all ingredients: dice watermelon and have coconut milk ready.
  • Blend watermelon, coconut milk, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and add ice cubes if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a colder drink, add more ice cubes before serving.
