A flavorful and easy-to-make dish featuring tender chicken glazed in teriyaki sauce served over steamed rice.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch Ginger (grated)

Carbohydrates

  • 2 cups Steamed white rice

Garnishes

  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions Green onions (chopped)

Instructions 

  • Marinate chicken in soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger for 20 minutes.
  • Pan-sear chicken until caramelized and cooked through.
  • Serve over steamed rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of sesame oil before serving.
