Ingredients

  • 1 pound extra small sized shrimp, cooked and cooled
  • 1/2 cup finely diced celery (about 2 celery ribs)
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion (about 1/4 large red onion)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest, freshly zested
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  • Mix shrimp, celery, and red onion in a bowl, then gently stir to combine.
  • Whisk mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, parsley, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until glossy.
  • Pour dressing over shrimp mixture and fold gently to coat evenly.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to meld flavors.
  • Serve cold, stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
