Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Frying

  • 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions 

  • Boil water with salt and sugar.
  • Add flour and mix until a smooth dough forms.
  • Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.
  • Pipe dough into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  • Remove and coat in sugar.

Notes
