0.5cupmilk of choice (preferably chocolate milk)

½tspvanilla extract
2-3tspmaple syrup (or honey, or preferred sweetener)
a dashsea salt
1tspchia seeds (optional)
Instructions
Combine oats, milk, peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, sweetener, salt, and chia seeds in a jar or bowl.
Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Stir before serving and enjoy cold.
