Start your day with a delicious and nutritious no-cook breakfast that combines the rich flavors of chocolate and peanut butter in creamy overnight oats.

Ingredients

Oats

  • 0.5 cup rolled oats (regular or gluten-free)
  • 0.5 cup milk of choice (preferably chocolate milk)
  • 2-3 tsp peanut butter (or any nut or seed butter)
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tsp maple syrup (or honey, or preferred sweetener)
  • a dash sea salt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions 

  • Combine oats, milk, peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, sweetener, salt, and chia seeds in a jar or bowl.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • Stir before serving and enjoy cold.

You can customize the sweetness and toppings to your preference.
