A quick and healthy chocolate cake made with bananas and oats, perfect for a satisfying treat in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece banana (ripe)
  • 1 cup oats blended or oat flour (buy at store or blend oats)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 piece egg
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp milk of choice (cashew used here)
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Instructions 

  • Mash the banana in a bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
  • Pour batter into a greased mug or ramekin.
  • Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, stopping every 30 seconds.

Notes

Adjust microwave time as needed to avoid overcooking.
