A quick and healthy chocolate cake made with bananas and oats, perfect for a satisfying treat in minutes.
Ingredients

oats blended or oat flour
(buy at store or blend oats)

honey

egg

cocoa powder

tbsp
milk of choice
(cashew used here)

Instructions
Mash the banana in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
Pour batter into a greased mug or ramekin.
Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, stopping every 30 seconds.
Notes
Adjust microwave time as needed to avoid overcooking.
