Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 0.5 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 30 g sugar-free chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 0.5 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon granulated monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free dark chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Combine oats, protein powder, cocoa, chia seeds, and monk fruit in a jar.
  • Whisk until evenly mixed to prevent clumping.
  • Add almond milk and stir vigorously until smooth.
  • Fold in strawberries and chocolate chips.
  • Seal and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Stir before serving and top with extra strawberries if desired.
