Make your cilantro yogurt sauce. Set aside in the fridge.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix all salsa ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until ready.
Char tortillas if desired, then assemble tacos with salmon, cabbage, salsa, jalapeños, and drizzle with sauce. Garnish with extra cilantro and jalapeños.
