Instructions
Marinate steak strips with lime juice, salt, cayenne, paprika, and sunflower oil for 5-10 minutes.
Cook onions in oil, add steak and cook 5-7 minutes, then add red peppers and cook 3-5 minutes. Adjust seasoning.
Prepare vegetables: chop lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and red onion. Cook or microwave sweetcorn.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, add black beans, lime wedge, sour cream, and feta cheese. Serve.
