Instructions
Sauté diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in chili seasoning, tomato paste, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and broth; simmer for 10 minutes.
Cook macaroni separately until al dente, then drain.
Combine cooked macaroni with sauce, stir in cheese, heavy cream, milk, and seasonings; cook until cheese melts. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
For a homemade chili seasoning, mix chili powder, cumin, paprika, and oregano.
