Instructions
Marinate chicken cubes with half of the teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes.
Open vegetable kit, add remaining marinade, shake, and set aside.
Cut pineapple in half, scoop out flesh, and dice ½ cup of pineapple.
Cook rice in rice cooker or Instant Pot for 15 minutes, then keep warm.
Preheat griddle, spray with cooking spray, then stir-fry chicken and vegetables separately until cooked and crisp-tender.
Combine chicken and vegetables, add soy sauce, then stir in chopped pineapple. Cook for 2 more minutes.
Fill pineapple bowls with rice, top with stir-fry, drizzle with chili sauces, sprinkle sesame seeds, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken longer or add a squeeze of lime before serving.
