Instructions
Marinate chicken with spices, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic for at least 30 minutes.
Cook marinated chicken in a skillet until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes per side.
Prepare garlic yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt, grated garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and herbs.
Cook rice with butter, turmeric, cinnamon stick, water or broth, and salt until tender, about 15 minutes.
Assemble the dish with sliced chicken, rice, and garnishes like parsley, pickles, lemon wedges, and onion slices.
Notes
