For the Bowls

Instructions
Marinate the chicken by combining it with olive oil, lime juice, and spices; refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken for 5-6 minutes until golden and cooked through; set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers and onion for 5-7 minutes until soft and charred.
Divide rice into bowls, top with chicken, sautéed veggies, black beans, corn, avocado, and cilantro.
Garnish with lime wedges and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken longer or add your favorite toppings.
