Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, garlic, and anchovy paste to make the dressing.
Combine cooked pasta, chopped romaine, shredded chicken, and dressing in a large bowl; toss to coat.
Top with Parmesan cheese and croutons if desired; serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
