A delicious and healthy chicken wrap filled with fresh vegetables, creamy avocado, and a tangy yogurt-lime spread, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 piece Chicken Breast – 1, cooked and thinly sliced

Wraps

  • 2 pieces Large Flour Tortillas – 2

Fruits & Vegetables

  • 1 piece Avocado – 1 ripe, sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce – 1 cup, chopped
  • 1 piece Tomato – 1, diced
  • 0.25 cup Cucumber – ¼ cup, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Red Onion – ¼ cup, thinly sliced

Dairy & Condiments

  • 0.25 cup Cheddar Cheese – ¼ cup, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Greek Yogurt – 2 tablespoons
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice – 1 tablespoon

Seasonings

  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  • Mix Greek yogurt and lime juice with salt and pepper to make a spread.
  • Spread the yogurt-lime mixture on each tortilla.
  • Layer lettuce, sliced chicken, avocado, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and cheese on the tortillas.
  • Fold sides and roll up tightly to enclose the filling.
  • Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.

Notes

Use leftover cooked chicken for convenience and flavor.
