0.25cupCucumber – ¼ cup, thinly sliced
0.25cupRed Onion – ¼ cup, thinly sliced

0.25cupCheddar Cheese – ¼ cup, shredded
2tablespoonsGreek Yogurt – 2 tablespoons
1tablespoonLime Juice – 1 tablespoon
Seasonings

Instructions
Mix Greek yogurt and lime juice with salt and pepper to make a spread.
Spread the yogurt-lime mixture on each tortilla.
