Instructions
Whisk vinegar, syrup, mustard, and salt; slowly add oil to make dressing.
Pound chicken to 1/2" thickness, season, and marinate with 1/4 cup balsamic dressing for 15 minutes.
Grill chicken until golden and cooked through, then let cool slightly and slice.
Divide lettuce, avocado, mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil among bowls; top with sliced chicken and drizzle with dressing.
