Ingredients
Rice and Tuna

cooked rice
(white or brown)

tuna (5 oz each, drained)
Vegetables and Aromatics

Dairy and Seasonings

whole milk

Instructions
Cook rice if needed, then set aside.
Make a creamy sauce by melting butter, cooking onion, adding flour, then stirring in milk until thickened.
Sauté onion and garlic, then combine with rice, tuna, peas, and sauce. Mix in ¾ cup cheese.
Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use your favorite cheese for extra flavor or add more vegetables for variety.
