Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach (10-ounce package)
  • 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (about 10×15 inches)
  • 1 large egg (for egg wash)

Instructions 

  • Thaw spinach and squeeze out moisture.
  • Mix cream cheese, cheeses, garlic, pepper, salt; fold in spinach.
  • Roll pastry into 10×15 inch rectangle; spread filling evenly.
  • Roll from long edge, seal with water or egg wash, refrigerate 30 mins.
  • Slice into ½-inch rounds, brush with egg wash, bake at 400°F for 15-20 mins.
