A delightful dessert combining sweet apples and figs with a spicy ginger topping for a perfect fall treat.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and ginger; toss with apples and figs.
Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, ginger, salt, walnuts, and melted butter to make topping.
Spread filling in a baking dish and top with crumble mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
