Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve ½ cup of water, then drain.
Cook ground beef with 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until browned; set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add cream cheese and stir until softened.
Whisk in milk, then add Parmesan and remaining Cajun seasoning; simmer until thickened.
Return beef to skillet, add pasta, toss, and adjust sauce with reserved pasta water if needed. Serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with chopped parsley or additional Parmesan.
