A delicious and healthy frozen treat combining creamy Greek yogurt with fresh blueberries and optional toppings, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.
Ingredients
Yogurt Base

Plain Greek Yogurt
(Full-fat or low-fat, thick consistency preferred)

Instructions
Cook 1 cup of blueberries with 1 tablespoon honey until they burst and form a compote; cool completely.
Mix Greek yogurt, remaining honey, vanilla, and lemon zest until smooth.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture evenly.
Dollop the cooled blueberry compote and scatter remaining blueberries over the yogurt. Swirl gently with a toothpick.
Add optional toppings, freeze for 3-4 hours, then break into pieces to serve.
Notes
For best texture, freeze overnight and store in an airtight container.
