A delicious and healthy smoothie perfect for breakfast or a quick snack, combining the sweetness of blueberries and banana with creamy Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

Fruits and Dairy

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium ripe banana, sliced
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ cup ice

Instructions 

  • Add blueberries, banana, yogurt, milk, honey, and ice to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
  • Check consistency; add up to 2 tbsp more milk if thinner, then blend briefly.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, then pour into glasses and serve.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
