  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 10 oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts (chopped into bite size pieces)
  • 2 teaspoons steak flavored grill seasoning
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup pecan halves
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons milk
  • 2 Tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions 

  • Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken with seasoning until browned (about 8 minutes). Cool for 5 minutes.
  • Combine lettuce, berries, and pecans in a large bowl.
  • Mix mayo, sugar, milk, vinegar, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper to make dressing.
  • Add chicken to salad, pour dressing, and toss to combine.

Notes

Adjust dressing amount to taste.
