Ingredients

Dairy

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Frozen Fruit

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana frozen banana
  • 5 frozen strawberries frozen strawberries

Liquid

  • Splash of milk milk

Instructions 

  • Add yogurt, blueberries, banana, and strawberries into the blender. If not frozen, add ice cubes.
  • Add a splash of milk and secure the lid.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed for desired consistency.
