A flavorful and hearty dish featuring tender steak bites coated in garlic butter, served over rice or mashed potatoes for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
Meat

steak (Sirloin or Ribeye, cut into 1-inch cubes)

unsalted butter

cloves
garlic (minced)

olive oil

onion powder

red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
to taste
Salt and black pepper
for garnish
Fresh parsley (chopped)

cooked rice or mashed potatoes (for bowl base)
Instructions
Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Rest on a plate.
Add butter to the same skillet, melt, then stir in garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 minute.
Return steak to skillet, toss to coat in garlic butter, cook 1 minute. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes, drizzle with remaining garlic butter.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure steak is dry before searing for a better crust.
