A flavorful and hearty dish featuring tender steak bites coated in garlic butter, served over rice or mashed potatoes for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb steak (Sirloin or Ribeye, cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 cups cooked rice or mashed potatoes (for bowl base)

Instructions 

  • Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Rest on a plate.
  • Add butter to the same skillet, melt, then stir in garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 minute.
  • Return steak to skillet, toss to coat in garlic butter, cook 1 minute. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes, drizzle with remaining garlic butter.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure steak is dry before searing for a better crust.
